He is known to follow the RIGHT WING ideology of CLASSICAL CONSERVATISM especially due to his belief that leaders should be humanitarian. However, Burke's most known philosophy is likely his belief that uninformed people should be DISENFRANCHISED. His idea of hierarchy could also translate into the idea of him being considered a follower of ELITISM.
