These acts limited the U.S. involvement in future wars with other nations. This limited the ability the for the U.S. when helping the Allies. It attempted to keep them out of war, and be isolated from other nations disputes. This hurt the amount of weapons they could get for instances such as war. Easily broken when needing to help aid allies in conflicts. This affected them economically because this eventually ended up not working and America went into the war and the U.S. gained a ton of money from this.
