The Boston Tea Party was an event that occurred in Boston Harbor on December 16, 1773 and group of colonists dressed up as Native Americans and went on tea ships to throw tea cases in the water. This was about 342 cases destroyed but this was all meant to show the British how they oppose the taxes that have been added that they did not have a say in, this was them standing against this unfair taxation.
