The British foreign secretary demanded that the German troops to withdrawal from the Neutral Belgium. Germany refused and did not leave so the day after Britain declared way on Germany. Braittain was apart of the Triple Entente, which included the Russian Empire, the French Third Republic, and United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
