"Arises when some intellectual creoles such as Francisco José de Caldas, Jorge Tadeo Lozano and Joaquín Camacho define a plan against oppression by the Spaniards (El Tiempo, 2018). A part of the "intellectual creoles" borrowed from José González Llorente a vase and he reject this loan. This results in the exaltation of the people and thus arises the "cry of Independence"
