Mario Party 10 is the 13th entry in the Mario Party series and the first on the Wii U. It was first announced at E3 2014 but, was in the Nintendo Treehouse Live event. it continues the trend of the car gameplay like Mario Party 9. It was bundled with an amiibo at release. It is the first Mario Party game since Mario Party 4 to have Donkey Kong as a playable character and the first Mario Party game to have Rosalina as a playable character. It is the only Mario Party game to be released on the Wii U. The game will eventually be followed by Super Mario Party on the Nintendo Switch.
