In Armathus a man named Irokhemin is thought to have discovered the Seed Device of the "god" Tepra. This sparks a war which is ended when the hidden government of Mae reveals itself and "unites" Armathus. However, there will now be a ceremonial war held every 20 years for the glory of ownership of the "Seed".
