206 BCE - 220 CE The Han Dynasty was the second dynasty of imperial China, occurring after the Qin Dynasty and founded by Liu Bang. It is considered a Golden Age and economy and trade flourished during this time as well as advancements in math, science, philosophy, etc. The Dynasty fell do to unequal land distribution and invasions, and was succeeded by the Three Kingdoms Period.
