12 h 35 m, 1 jan 1931 ano - Wolfgang Pauli and Enrico Fermi
Descrição:
They propose that b-decay is producing two particles which share the kinetic energy: an electron, and an unseen particle which Fermi christens as a neutrino, from the Italian for "little neutral one". The particle is assumed to be very light as well as neutral, allowing it to penetrate matter so easily that it is almost impossible to detect
