The fate of postwar Europe here is further discussed, as well as the fate of Germany, which by now had been divided into 4 zones. America called for all of Germany to be supported under Marshall Plan, and Soviets wanted the country to be reunified under Soviet control. No agreements were found however, with the conference ending in December.
