The British Forces finally left India after hundreds’ of years of ruling. Although, there was a lot of tension between Hindus and Muslims in India. Thus, it lead to India splitting into two separate countries. India finally gained its independence on August 15th 1947. After many years of struggle and protest against the British. Although, due to all the suffering the British had caused, it created dispute among the Hindus and Muslims of India. There were many internal conflicts. Thus India was divided into the Hindu India and Muslim Pakistan.
