After one year of Zhang Zuolin's dead, Hiroito decided to change the radical military leader for Hamaguchi, a friend of his. He did this because the previous one was radical, and therefore respected. This is the reason why he didn’t do anything for a year. He was later killed by the radicals, since they hated him.
