- Day 333
- Lilly goes home and runs into Bob who is carrying a bloody sack across town. Concerned, Lilly stops him and questions him. He tells her its not human, just the carcass of a rabbit he found. He tells Lilly that he made a promise to look after what was once Philip's daughter. Lilly asks him to show her.
- Bob introduces Lilly to Penny Blake. Lilly goes cold and feels saddened and empathetic for the creature and Philip Blake who lost everything. She tells Bob what needs to be done. Bob stays whilst Lilly finds a clean bed sheet. She drops the sheet over the biter's head whilst she's feeding and holds the thing whilst it squirms. Bob sings an old Christian hymn to the girl and it relaxes under the sheet. Lilly stabs her in he head with an ice-pick and the girl finally rests.
- Bob goes to tell everyone and prepare burial arrangements. Lilly stays to finish one last task. She grabs a shotgun and puts down all the reanimated heads of the Governor's victims in the fish tanks: Christina, Mike, Scott Moon and Martinez among many others. Water floods the room.
