I submitted an assessment appeal on the 24th of July 2018. You acknowledged receipt of this appeal and as per the guidelines in should be processed within 30 days. It is now 65 days since I submitted this appeal and you have repeatedly not replied to my request for an update. The 2018/19 term has started and I have taken the initiative to contact module leaders and started to attend lectures for modules that I will resit in semester one examinations, however the way in which I can resit critically hinges on the result of my assessment appeal. As you have not adhered to either of your deadlines and have not replied to any of my requests or those made by the chemistry student support office for an update over the last month I will contact the Guild for advice and consider submitting a formal complaint.
