- Lee gets an elevator door open using rib spreaders. He then passes out from the fever.
- If Lee has someone with him and hid the bite they will discover it. Regardless of if he hid the bite or not he will wake up on a table with someone about to cut off his arm (either Christa, Kenny or Ben) or wake up on the floor if he went alone.
- If Lee went alone he will consider cutting his arm off himself. If someone is with him he can go along with the plan or not. If Ben is with him then Lee has to do it himself and Ben faints.
