The assassanination of Franz Ferdinand happened on June 28, 1914. Franz was assassinated in Sarajevo. Franz Ferdinand was assassinated by Gavrilo Princip who was a part of a terrorist group called the Black Hand. Franz Ferdinand was shot in the neck along with his wife, on his way to Sarajevo. Two historical themes are leadership, and battles. Four historical concepts. the historical perspective was the Black Hand and Austria-Hungary. The historical significance was that the killing led to world war one. The cause of the killing was to get more power, and the consequence was the start of world war one. Continuity of the event is that there are still assassination happening on leaders, and change is that assassination is not to get power.
