During The War Over Atom China did what most other major nations did and quietly worked on their own Nuclear plan, while the US and Soviet Union competed over nuclear supremacy. However due to China's Surplus of Nuclear Technology and it's advantageous location, Both sides wanted China on their team.

China was presented with a choice, It's Red Cousin the Soviet Union with their Superior Nuclear Technology, or The Americans with their superior placement and surplus of Nukes.

China Sided With America and Launched Troops from its Puppets into Russia and China joined the Coalition of Harmony along with all of it's several puppet nations.
