Upper back pain got worse even after I stopped tree planting. To the point where I woke up in the night in pain a few times. Diagnosed by physio in BC and then treated by Kevin in Winnipeg.
When: June through September 2017.
Cause: Tree planting?

Went to physio and got it down to a manageable amount of pain throughout the year.
