22 set 1980 ano - Solidarity Movement in Poland
Descrição:
Solidarity was a trade union and a movement founded in August 1980. This non-violent movement resulted after the communist party stole the elections in 1946. It took 3 decades to establish a movement that paralleled their values - the Solidarity. This movement favored trade, and exposed the communist party's ideological but false claims of being a free “workers’ state”. It was an example of a Pro-Democracy Movement in which the people in the society stood against the values of communism and attempted to adopt one of a democracy.
