The Brezhnev Doctrine was a policy created by the Soviet Union. It calls for the use of the Warsaw Pact and its troops to intervene in any countries that were a part of the Soviet bloc that were seen to attempt to dismount any communistic policies. This was created after the Prague Spring in Czechoslovakia.
