We had our first rehearsal at Pakenham. Dorothy, James, Ben and Zac were present. We practiced our first three songs and did okay on Fix you. The other two are in need of a lot of work. The warehouse is pretty impressive, there’s a lot of old cars lying around and a creepy pedophile in a campervan parked outside the door. Zac’s uncle and aunt are pretty nice, albeit a bit uptight about safety, but that’s okay. There’s a kitchen with a fridge and microwave, so we’re all set in future. Our upstairs practice room can get quite hot though due to the absence of a glorious air conditioner, but the industrial sized fan was better than nothing.
