People can talk to anyone anywhere in the world over the internet, which globalises every language because of this. Language cross over now, and anyone and everyone is exposed to many different languages every day. The English language is the language that is spoken by the most people in the world and has many dialects and variants. New words are being discovered and created all the time, so new words are getting added to the dictionaries and our vocabulary.
