Second founder of religion, he took an early sect of judaism and turned it into a universal religion (christianity)
Makes Jesus into a sacred God who saves them from their sins (fallen)
Spreads the religion to all the gentiles (those who are not jews)
These people wanted to convert but didn’t want to be Kosher or be Circumcised
Paul decides that these people don’t have to do those things and only love Jesus
Starts Pauline christianity, which is Assetic (Opposite of Hedonism)
Paul was sexist (Blaming much including O.G. sin on females), but Jesus wasn’t. Paul’s view became more popular than JC’s.
Story:
He was persecuting Christians and then on the road to Damascus and God blinds him. He then converts.
