Former known as the League of Nations, which had dissolver at the start of World War ll. The UN or United Nations was established to help keep international security within the powers. This was made to help establish peace after WW2 and the help prevent another conflict after this war. Some of the countries first involved were the Soviet Union, United States, Britain, China, and France.
