On June 26, William Afton lures five children to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza's back room with a Spring Bonnie suit and kills them. Their bodies are stuffed into the animatronic suits. The Puppet gives life to the dead children.

The restaurant is threatened with a shutdown from the Health Department after customers notice blood, mucus and odor coming from the animatronics.
