Rare Skull and Bones is a Counterparty curated art project created by Daveartnft. The collection centers around the theme of human skull and bones art with many pieces referencing Bitcoin, Counterparty culture, esoteric symbolism as well as darker concepts like death and decay. Daveartnft mentioned that the collection was started 'to create art tokens that could contrast with other directories at the moment' and offer an alternative.

With many projects like Fake Rare and Dank Rare focusing on pepe art at the time, Daveartnft mentioned he wanted somehting a little more 'exclusive'. The submission in the 3 current collection range from a minimum of 55 tokens to a maximum of 300 total tokens for each individual piece.

Daveartnft mentioned there are unreleased pieces in queue for a 4th series and submissions are still open at this time.
