The US Government begins secret experiments on US soldiers, with the goal of creating a new Captain America. 300 African American US soldiers were being unknowingly experimented on, and 200 Caucasian US soldiers volunteered for the tests. In these tests, all subjects died except Isaiah Bradley, who become the first Black Captain America, and a hero of the Korean War.
