The Zhou Dynasty wins this fight and the gods see the Zhou Dynasty. The Zhou Dynasty is now in favor of the Mandate Of Heaven. The previous owner loses their Mandate Of Heaven, and the New Dynasty obtains more peace due to the Mandate, and the previous Dynasty loses it, and gains Chaos in their Dynasty.
