The Times Square Recovery & Memory Authority announces the Times Unity Plaza, a memorial park built into the ground level, surrounded by newly rebuilt towers with public walkways, reflection spaces, and interactive history exhibits. Names of the dead will be inscribed in vertical light pylons. The Stark Foundation is announced as a major sponsor.
