The Unnatural Abilities Registration Act is proposed. The act requires that anyone possessing superhuman abilities is registered with the government. It also makes the use of unregistered powers illegal, and subject to immediate imprisonment. It also grants sweeping extra-judicial powers to suppress protesters and "anti-Patriotic" behaviour.
