NASA and NSDC Administrators (Abigail Brand, Director, Logistics)
Chair of the Joint Chiefs
Director of SHIELD
AIM representatives
Chairs of Senate/House Intelligence Committees
Reed Richards is brought into the project, and he recommends that Sue Storm also be brought in, based on her LIDAR article.
