- Boston Port couldn't trade until East India Company was reimbursed

2. Massachusetts Government Act
- Reduced power of colonial assembly
- Banned town meetings
- Converts from democracy to royal-controlled government

3. Administration of Justice Act
- Royal officials/soldiers tried in England
- Colonists believed that would make trials unfair

4. [Renewal] Quartering Act
- House soldiers, tax collectors, etc.
