Goal #1: Graduate high school with good grades
Goal #2: Get into college (apr 1, 2017 – apr 1, 2021)
Description:
Action Plan #1: I will focus in class and ask questions if I have any. I will, also, get my homework/projects done on time. When it comes time for the test, I will have studied and feel ready for it.
Action Plan #2: Look into colleges and find one that I think would work well for me based on my major. Then, I will apply to a few schools that I would want to go to and hope I get accepted into one or more.
