Scorched- earth policy (jun 1, 1812 – jun 1, 1812)
Description:
This is a military strategy still used to this day. The Russians used this to keep Napoleon from getting supplies if he won the battle against them. The Russians burned city's and towns. Every crop or food source was burned.
