Description:
The Great Famine, cause of potato blight, covers between this time period of 1845-1852.
This is a type of water mold ALSO known as oomycete which is a group of fungi. This causes economic and environmental damage and could be found in plants, cranberries growing in low bogs near coast or in mountains on trees growing several thousand feet above sea level. Disease is in nature, where it is dirty and contaminated. Disease is a water mold that infects roots, plants, and other parts of wild life (nature, forests, etc).
