Description:
The rise of the Sui Dynasty happened Emperor Wendi, Yang Jian, won support from armies to defeat the nomadic groups and restore Chinese civilizations. This dynasty was able to reclaim Chinese territory, and maintain Confucius rituals, established a milder legal code. The decline happened when the emperor kept leading angry armies into clearly unsuccessful wars, and this lead to spending all of the dynasty's money.
