Berlin Airlift (jun 26, 1948 – sep 30, 1949)
Description:
This is when the USA had to send in 2500 tonnes of supplies into West Germany (FRG) This was the USA using planes to fly into West Germany. However the USSR couldn't shoot down a USAF aircraft as the USA kept Nuclear bomb capable B29 Bombers and shooting down a USAF aircraft could insure war.
