Louis XIII and Cardinal Richelieu (apr 23, 1610 – mar 25, 1643)
Description:
LXIII was the King of France in 1610-1643. His chief minister was Cardinal Richelieu and they both wanted to make France a European super power. Because of Richelieu, Louis became one of the first representations of an absolute monarch(y).
They're apart of SIP because they contributed to France gaining so much influence and power in the bigger wars among Europe.
