Description:
Francisco Vázquez de Coronado y Luján was a Spanish explorer who was looking for cities of gold. He was led by an Indian through the panhandle of Texas and saw the fertile land and big buffalo. He was led by the Indian to the middle of nowhere Kansas and realized there was no gold. When he got back to Spain he told them there was no gold but big fertile pastuers they could use.
