Leonid Brezhnev (nov 24, 1964 – mar 12, 1982)
Description:
Brezhnev was born in Ukraine to a Russian family. From 1923 he worked as a metal worker and then studied at technical school from 1921 to 1928 and joined the party in 1929. By 190 e was First Secretary of the Communist Party in Moldova and in 1952 Stalin promoted him to the Politburo.
