The rise of the Renaissance and the Medici family. (jan 10, 1405 – aug 5, 1450)
At the beginning of the 15th century, new ideas started to spread into Italy. Florence Italy was essentially the main hub or the New York of their time. The Medici family was a very wealthy banking family that loved these new ideas and were even willing to pay artists to create pieces around the city. This new way of thinking and with the rise of new artists/art forms paved a road for the Renaissance.
