Description:
A highly influential English poet, author, philosopher, bureaucrat, and diplomat, often referred to as the "Father of English Literature". He is best known for his unfinished frame narrative, The Canterbury Tales. He also wrote other notable works such as Troilus and Criseyde and The Book of the Duchess.
