This was a treaty signed in Warsaw that united many countries in an agreement to defend each other.
-It remained intact until 1991.
-The treaty helped to prevent future wars.
-Soviet Union, Albania, Poland, Romania, Hungary, East Germany, Czechoslovakia, and Bulgaria were all members,
-A unified military was a part of the agreement.
