Description:
Under the rule of president Jacobo Arbenz Guzman, land owned by the United States was given to peasants.
-The CIA was not happy and began to train an army.
-This army invaded Guatemala.
-Jacobo was captured and the leader of the army became a dictator.
-Some had belived Jacobo was heading towards communism.
