Description:
World War I, has ended, Europe is reorganized, and a new world is born. The European nations are economically and socially crippled. The League of nations is weak and there are sharp divisions between the extreme left and the extreme right with communism taking a hold of the Soviet Union, and fascism controlling Germany, Italy and Spain.
