Description:
-Emperor of Russia from March 1855 - March 1881
-King of Poland and Grand Duke of Finland
-He was the cause of emancipating serfdom, giving him the nickname Alexander ‘The Liberator’
-He was a peaceful ruler; sold Alaska to United States so the British wouldn’t claim it in the event of a war.
