Lewis and Clark Expedition (may 14, 1804 – sep 23, 1806)
Description:
Lewis and Clark begin their expedition across to North America in hopes of finding the Northwest Passage. They forge friendships with Native Americans and eventually make it to the Pacific Ocean. They broke records and treated their only female companion with respect as she guided them across the country, they even allowed her to vote on where to stay for the winter.
