Description:
Following the devastation brought about by the first World War upon the British and French Empires, as well as the Netherlands, the Second Republic of Texas offers to purchase their holdings in the Caribbean for a sum of 17 million Ameros, about 21 million pounds at that time. The transfer of the islands occurred over the period of eleven years.
