Wilson Presidency (mar 13, 1913 – mar 13, 1921)

Description:

Woodrow Wilson served as the 28th President of the United States. During his second term, WWI started, and Wilson pledged to keep the United States out of it. However, Germany started using Unrestricted Submarine Warfare, and sent the Zimmermann Telegram to Mexico. After these events, the cabinet and Wilson were in unanimously in favor of war. Wilson also passed the 18th and 19th amendments, which were prohibition and giving women the right to vote. Wilson is also very well known for his fourteen points, which he proposed to the Allied forces leaders after WWI. One of his biggest points, the 14th, was to create a League of Nations.
