Description:
The Underground Railroad was a complex system tactics and strategies. It was mainly used to escape slavery. Harriet Tubman used the system to escape slavery not only did she escape but had the courage to go back and help other slaves.
Many southerners were furious with her escape and how she helped others escaped too.
